Melbourne Mavericks to Debut in Suncorp Super Netball

Melbourne Mavericks will make their debut in the Suncorp Super Netball league.

The Melbourne Mavericks are set to make their highly anticipated debut in the Suncorp Super Netball league. The team will take to the court for the first time on Saturday, April 13th, at 9:00pm PDT at John Cain Arena. Their second match will be on Saturday, April 20th, at 11:00pm PDT at Ken Rosewall Arena.

The Mavericks are a new team in the league, but they are not to be underestimated. The team is made up of some of the best netball players in the world, including former Australian Diamonds captain Sharni Layton and former New Zealand Silver Ferns captain Katrina Grant. The Mavericks are also coached by former Australian Diamonds coach Lisa Alexander.

The Suncorp Super Netball league is the premier netball league in Australia. The league is made up of eight teams from across the country. The Mavericks will be the first team from Victoria to compete in the league.
